So the blog goes on, though I have been a bit slow of late. Been busy being creative and teaching.
The above show in Cockfield is highly recommended for a visit if you are in the Sudbury/Bury St Edmunds area over the Bank Holiday weekend. The exhibition show cases artworks from beginners to professionals, all at reasonable prices. The event is a charity fundraiser and I have 10 original artworks in the show.
As an art teacher I have been focusing on Art GCSE's over the last month or so, but all is now done and I can take a step back ready to prep for next year. May I wish all my students in Year 11 the best for their exams and I wish you all well for the future.
I was fortunate enough to have a trip to West Yorkshire recently with my family and have completed some more daily sketches and paintings from direct observation, which was a real treat. Until next time, take care.
